Cancellation Policy

 

Any changes or cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Any changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time will incur a 50% charge of the service amount.

Any changes or cancellations made within 1 hour of your appointment time will incur a 100% charge of the service amount.

No Show No Call's will incur a 100% charge of the service amount.

We understand that emergencies happen; however, we must enforce this policy to make sure our team can provide our clients with the best service & experience possible.

Refund Policy

 

Unfortunately, Lumiere does not offer refunds on services. We strive to make our clients happy. If you have received a service that you are unsatisfied with, please Contact Us within two days of your service to schedule a complimentary visit.
